RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thanks for shopping at Red Zone Fundraising. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your 2020 End Zone card must be damaged and/or parts of the product missing.
Once we have received and inspected your item, we will notify you. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of the returned items which are non-refundable. The cost of the return shipping with be deducted from your refund, if eligible.
Orders are delivered to the end customer via USPS within 10-14 business days of the personalized shop closing. Once orders are fulfilled, an email will be sent to the end user immediately.
Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays and weekends are no included and no shipments or pick ups are processed on those days.
If your package is being delivered, USPS Priority Mail offers 1, 2 and 3 day delivery options if it is available to you.
Please note that this means it will take USPS 1-5 days to deliver your package. It is not a delivery guarantee from the time you placed your order and we are not responsible if USPS extends the delivery time after the order ships.
After an order leaves our warehouse, it is the sole responsibility of the carrier to deliver the order in good condition and in a timely manner. If an order arrives damaged, a claim must be filed with the carrier.
Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures of the damages. Failure to properly document damages may disqualify you from product replacement or reimbursement.
If an order is returned as undeliverable, a refund will be given minus the cost of shipping.
